Upgrades
All ResearchMaster upgrades to the client interface are sent out periodically via SMS. Email notification of a release is sent to all CSOs and Helpdesk with the appropriate SGMC approval number.
Users who do not receive the upgrades are in general users who do not have SMS turned on. These users will not receive ANY updates sent out by RM Support (this includes reports also). The upgrades must be installed manually if the SMS package does not reach a users machine. Information about manually installing upgrades will be given in the email notifying CSOs of an upgrade.
