Reports
ResearchMaster uses Crystal Reports as its reporting tool. For new installations, the latest version of the reports will be automatically installed with the ResearchMaster package. The installation package will install reports based on the users computer name. Users who are not in faculties/institutes, library or divisions other than Research and Commercialisations do not receive Crystal Reports.
For existing users reports are sent out periodically via SMS. Email notification of a reports release is sent to All CSOs and Helpdesk. For the most recent report date please see the Reports page.
Users who do not receive the reports are in general users who do not have SMS turned on. These users will not receive ANY updates sent out by RM Support (this includes RM upgrades as well as reports). Reports for these users can be downloaded direct from the SOE (\\soe\Production\Windows\apps\ResearchMaster\4.1.6.6\Faculty) or from the Reports page.
